Full Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join our Organisational Development Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), helping to develop digital learning solutions, support organisational development projects and enhance learning experiences for employees across the Council. What You'll Do
- Lead the management and development of the Council's LMS.
- Work with suppliers to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning content and resources.
- Provide system advice and support to managers and staff at all levels.
- Analyse learning data and produce reports to support decision-making.
- Support a range of organisational development projects and initiatives.
- Effectively line manage and support the OD Administration Officer, You'll be part of a highly supportive team that is passionate about helping colleagues develop and succeed, while contributing to Middlesbrough Council's vision of creating a brighter future for our communities. - Experience in managing a complex CRM or digitalised system, ideally a Learning Management System.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience creating or supporting e-learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting projects and coordinating activities.
