Organisational Assurance Officer

Have you got a sharp eye for detail and a passion for assurance and improvement? Do you enjoy understanding how things are working and helping to make them better? As an Organisational Assurance Officer, you'll support West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) to assess performance, gather evidence, and identify strengths and improvements. You'll provide assurance across the organisation, offering insight, supporting learning, and helping ensure safe and effective services for our communities. You can help West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service by delivering robust assurance through clear insight, effective challenge and targeted support to drive continuous improvement. • Experience and involvement with internal and external quality assurance processes/inspection within a large organisation.
• Experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies to enhance service delivery.
• Experience of supporting organisational change and benefits realisation to improve efficiency and align with strategic objectives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and improvement framework
