Full Job Description

We are looking for an Organisation Development Coordinator (6 Month FTC) to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across Learning & Development, Early Careers and Talent Acquisition. You will help ensure the smooth delivery of training programmes, leadership development, engagement initiatives and organisational change activity. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-driven and confident working with systems, data and multiple stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Maintain LMS systems, databases and training records
  • Produce reports on training activity, compliance and evaluation
  • Ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and effective onboarding of contractors
  • Manage apprenticeship levy data and reporting
  • Support programme enrolment, induction roll-outs and training coordination
  • Act as first point of contact for OD/L&D queries
  • Communicate programme information and updates to colleagues
  • Maintain shared folders, documentation and OD/L&D resources
  • Support People Capability Partners with programme delivery and offboarding
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative best practice
  • Provide support for OD, L&D and change-related projects
  • Support ad hoc administrative projects relating to the new Dayforce ATS
  • Support ad hoc Talent Acquisition initiatives, including charity partnerships and accreditations

    Experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, OD or L&D
  • Experience coordinating training or development activities
  • Confident working with databases, LMS platforms and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of learning evaluation methods
  • Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Calm and resilient under pressure
