Are you detail-oriented and passionate about driving operational excellence? We're looking for an Order Review Specialist to join our dynamic Order Handling team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our order execution process-reviewing incoming orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements for successful and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional global teams, including Order Fulfilment, Product Management, Engineering Change, and regional stakeholders, to identify and correct order issues, spot trends, and implement preventative actions. Your work will directly support the smooth execution of Linac and upgrade projects, helping ensure we deliver on time, in full, and on cost. What you'll do at Elekta: Your role will include (but not limited to): Working with OF and regions to understand sales forecast and customer demand to improve upstream visibility and forecasting of Linac and upgrade orders. Order reviews for machine & upgrade orders- Review configuration, confirming latest specifications based on regional requirements and current registrations. Checking against engineering change and ensuring correct IFUs reflected on customer order Non-Standard Requests (NSR) - follow approval process and ensure NSR requirements are met in time for order delivery. Initiate reviews with RA and Compliance teams to ensure orders correctly integrated to ERP. Manage concession requests for Order Handling - ensuring on time completion to support shipment release. Monitor trends, identify root causes and implement process improvements to prevent repeat requirements Actively manage CLM cases raised on Logistics queue, investigate route causes, implement corrective and preventative actions.   • Supply Chain or Engineering related qualification High level of IT and data literacy, including Microsoft Office suite, ERP (e.g. M3), PLM (e.g. Enovia) and CLM (e.g. Salesforce) Trade Compliance and Export control Reading and understanding Family Trees and Bills of Materials (BOM) Experience in a logistics, supply chain, NPI and/or engineering/design environment What you'll get
