About the role: This role is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. It will provide you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our global customer journey and the varied teams. Between them, the team has a range of experiences and skills, and their openness creates an environment where you can learn. The role is based at our Teletrac Navman office in Knowlhill, so you should live within a sensible commuting distance of Milton Keynes; The hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. We offer hybrid working, mandatory days in the office are: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. As an Order Management Specialist / Order Processor, you will also be working with the global team to support the migration from 3G to 4G network with Customers in New Zealand.
- Manage the implementation of incoming global orders with precision.
- Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins.
- Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.
- Arrange hardware upgrades as needed.

Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship. - Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Highly organised with excellent coordination skills in a B2B environment
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Ready to take ownership and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
