Oral & Maxillofacial Consultant

We are currently seeking experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Consultants to support weekend insourcing lists in Southampton, contributing to NHS waiting list recovery initiatives. These sessions offer the opportunity to work within a well-supported, patient-focused environment across a variety of services, including, Assess and manage patients from NHS waiting lists Interpret diagnostic investigations and clinical findings Deliver high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team setting Provide clinical leadership and, where appropriate, supervision to junior colleagues Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including clear follow-up plans aligned with Trust pathways

• Full GMC registration with Specialist Register accreditation in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Current Licence to Practise
• Demonstrable experience working as an Oral & Maxillofacial Consultant within the NHS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
