Full Job Description
As an Oracle Project Manager, in Oracle Delivery Services, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work on large-scale Oracle projects.
- Work within a team of high-performing specialists.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique needs & develop tailored solutions.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Delivery Services practice.
Oracle ERP delivery experience - Practical experience managing delivery activities across Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes - Project management and delivery control - Ability to manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, scope, resources and budgets across complex workstreams.
- Stakeholder and client management - confident working with client stakeholders, delivery teams and third parties, with the ability to manage expectations, communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately.
- Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodologies (e.g. Activate, Waterfall, Agile, etc).
- Practical experience and understanding of at least a few phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
- Strong teamwork skills
- Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities to apply AI across all phases of project delivery and deliver measurable business value
- Ability to travel when essential
- All applicants must be UK security cleared or willing & eligible to go through the process. Desirables:
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR or Payroll, with relevant Oracle certifications beneficial but not essential.
- Experience applying AI-enabled tools, automation, and data-driven techniques to improve test design, execution, reporting, risk identification, and defect prediction, driving efficiency and innovation throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Programme Management skills and practical experience of methodologies like PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall, planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management
- Experience in a consulting environment
