Full Job Description

Role: Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud Specialist

Location: UK Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Active SC clearance required due to project restrictions

Skills & experience required:

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration and payroll implementation projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Fast Formula development.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll processes, calculations, balances, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with HCM Extracts.
  • Experience using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Experience developing and supporting integrations using Oracle HCM APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with end-to-end payroll lifecycle management.

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labour, or Core HR modules.
  • Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
  • Understanding of payroll compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Experience working within global or multi-country payroll environments.
