administer database environments on the target platform. Execute data migration, validation and reconciliation from legacy databases. Tune performance and support dual-running data sync. Resolve database incidents/problems and support defect resolution. Maintain database documentation and running instructions. Skills We Can't Do Without: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA. Strong experience in Oracle database administration. Expertise in data migration, validation, and reconciliation. Hands-on experience with performance tuning, backup, and recovery. Proven ability to ensure data integrity and database reliability. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) administration. Communication skills: Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation Location: On-site 3 days/week at a base location - Benton Park View (Newcastle), Manchester Corporate Hub, or Peel Park (Blackpool) hybrid.
