Full Job Description

  • Lead and deliver complex projects with 15+ years' experience in processes related to Acquire to Retire and Project to Close, with a deep specialisation in Oracle Cloud.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Project Accounting (including Project Costing and Billing), Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting modules, understanding their integration points with each other and other ERP modules.
  • Leverage proven consultancy experience to lead client workshops, facilitate solution design, and drive global template discussions for Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Prepare and lead comprehensive scoping workshops to define project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine process priority and allocate work effectively across sprints.
  • Provide the Project Management Office (PMO) with a clear overview of required workshops and activities per sprint.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business processes within the designated functional areas (process-focused) and ensure alignment with the overall Solution Architecture.
  • Complete tasks and deliverables assigned by the Deloitte Project Manager in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Keep the Deloitte Project Manager informed of status, risks, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate scope items with an impact on plan, resources, cost, and module requirements, recommending an optimal approach.
  • Review existing work practices to recommend modifications or enhancements that enable clients to derive maximum benefits from their Oracle Cloud investment.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle., Key Deliverables:

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects, Assets, and Lease Accounting Lead with a strong consultancy background to join our team. This role will be pivotal in guiding clients through the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting modules. The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience to lead workshops, drive solution design, and ensure successful project delivery., Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, and Lease Accounting modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role, managing expectations and driving consensus.
