Optometrist - NWAFT

To be responsible for supporting the hospital optometry service and, in conjunction with themedical staff, to deliver both independent and shared care for ophthalmic conditions. To be responsible for and personally deliver a range of core optometric services and specialised optometric care extended roles., This job description is intended to be a fair and representative summary of the main duties and responsibilities of the role.
