Full Job Description

  • Deliver clinical care in line with professional standards, routine refractions including anterior and posterior eye health assessment (including Volk), and appropriate prescribing
  • Recognise and manage pathology in accordance with local protocols and guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients - including when delivering sensitive news
  • Maintain accurate and professional clinical records
  • Adhere to CORU and Specsavers Standards of Practice
  • Be passionate about continued learning and professional development
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues, contributing to team development to deliver exceptional patient care
    • English Language Proficiency:To ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues, a minimum of IELTS Level 7.0 is required Support for International Optometrists We know relocating is a big step - and we're here to make it easier. Specsavers Ireland offers:
