• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier

• Confidence in using IT systems
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
• Able to receive feedback and be open to development, knowing we'll be there to support and guide you throughout your process (with your openness and our guidance, your opportunities will be endless)., Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
  
  Our storeBased in Mexborough, our store is looking for someone with previous optical experience that can dispense up to Multi focal, or somebody with enthusiasm and transferable skills.
