Optical Assistant

So, if you've had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you. As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. Our store Based in Shifnal, our store has recently opened!, If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• Pre- screening
• Dispensing
• Collections
• Repairs and adjustments
• Happy working in a busy environment
  
  Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics business
