Full Job Description

Working as a smartfoot operative as part of the housing team on construction sites nationwide
Reporting into Site Supervisor
Be familiar with and demonstrate commitment to the requirements of the Health and Safety Policy.
Ensure that near misses, accidents, incidents and other safety concerns are promptly reported to the site supervisor.
Assist with inspections of all plant, lifting equipment and recording on the appropriate forms where trained to do so.
Be respectful to all people you interact with, treating everyone equally and embracing differences.
Conduct self in a way that reflect and promotes the Van Elle company values
Understand and act in accordance with Van Elle's policies and procedures
Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.

Experience working in construction.
Previous experience working with a precast ground beam system would be beneficial, however training will be provided dependant on experience
Strong work ethic and Punctuality
Eligible to work and live in the UK.
Flexibility to travel in the UK.
A full driving licence, that is valid in the UK (desirable)
Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card

Competitive salary depending on experience.
Hours of work are 7.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
22 days holiday plus bank/public holidays.
