Operatives

We are currently recruiting Skilled Operatives, Foremen / Front line supervisors, Pipelaying Operatives, Excavator Operatives, Plant Operatives (Dumper / Tractor / Forklift) & Lifting Supervisors. Join our experienced civil engineering teams working across Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridgeshire region, primarily on water infrastructure and general civil engineering projects. You'll play a key role in supporting site activities across a range of works - including deep drainage, pipe laying, concrete works and other general tasks. You'll work as part of a gang, contributing both on the ground and plant machinery depending on tickets. We are looking for multi-skilled individuals who are confident switching between groundworks and operating plant.
