Full Job Description
- We will rely on you to be the operational heartbeat for our systems across supply chain, manufacturing, and order fulfilment.
- You will report into the Demand Manager and work cross-functionally with system users across our UK and Poland sites.
- You will own site SAP utilisation and ensure digital data accurately reflects physical operations.
- You will lead audits of transactions across warehouse, fulfilment, and production operations to ensure accurate systematic transactions.
- You will drive reporting on systematic compliance at team, site, and group level.
- You will convert compliance performance into financial impact to build awareness and support.
- You will control master data for operations, including SKU, BOM, and location information.
- You will identify compliance gaps, audit improvements, and support corrective actions.
- You will coordinate training with team leaders, department heads, and our People and Systems team.
- You will review and improve processes to reduce friction, remove discrepancies, and simplify system use.
- You will manage change across multiple shifts and sites to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- You will work with our SAP Engineering Team and software suppliers to assess and roll out new functionality.
- You will explore automations and solutions that increase system effectiveness and reduce manual work.
- You will lead and support a team of 3 direct reports in the UK and 2 in Poland.

We are Butternut, a company on a mission to deliver health and happiness to dogs and their humans around the world. Our UK operations are based at Rudies Kitchen and Aces Pantry, and we recently expanded with Sams Kitchen in Poland, which went live in January this year. This is a full-time onsite role in Blyth, Worksop, working across our supply chain, warehouse, fulfilment, production, finance, and systems teams.
