Working across multiple sites, you'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from Centre teams to technical advisors, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. • Lead the planning and monitoring of risk management systems
• Support Centre teams with training, audits, and inspections
• Coordinate cross service training and deliver staff development initiatives
• Deliver development projects and provide operational support during peak periods

  We are looking for someone with:
• A graduate-level qualification in a relevant field
• Holds a range of outdoor instruction qualifications including a higher-level instructor or trainer qualification (e.g., MCI, ERCA Trainer, RYA Trainer)
• Extensive experience in risk management within outdoor learning field
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• A passion for outdoor learning and a commitment to continuous improvement
This role is hybrid, with travel required across Hampshire and occasionally further afield. You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
