Operations Support Driver - Serco Leisure Operating Limited, Near Newport

As an Operations Support Officer in our Leisure team, you'll play a key role in keeping a busy, multi-use sports and conferencing facility running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. Your work will directly support colleagues, visitors, and the wider community to enjoy a high-quality environment every day. In this varied, hands-on role, you'll help create a welcoming, safe and engaging space where people can train, compete and connect. From supporting daily operations and compliance to helping deliver events and maintain facilities, your contribution will have a positive impact on both customer experience and community wellbeing. What you'll do as a Operations Support Officer You'll be entrusted to: Support the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environmentOpen and close buildings, monitor site security, and respond to incidents or emergenciesCarry out compliance checks and support health and safety standards in line with company proceduresAssist with event and activity setups, including physical tasks such as moving equipment and preparing spacesTransport colleagues and carry out offsite duties using company vehiclesSupport Duty Managers and cover shifts when required, including weekends and nights Does this sound like you?
