Role Responsibilities:



  • Support and develop all team members with progression planning

  • Support the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control

  • Support the team with their day to day roles when needed

  • Communicate effectively across the business


Working Hours:


This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 am to 17:00 pm. (some flexibility needed with hours at times). Some starts will be at 5:30 am due to our Feeder delivery.


Candidate Requirements:



  • Sales and/or operational background

  • Experience in leading and developing teams

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills
