Full Job Description
- Plan daily operations, including crew, vehicles, and resources
- Manage staff performance, attendance, and engagement
- Ensure all documentation (tachographs, timesheets, defect reports) is completed accurately
- Maintain operational records and systems
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance
- Support driver compliance (licence, hours, infringements)
- Assist in achieving contract and business objectives
Supervisory experience with team leadership skills - Knowledge of collections services (Local Authority experience desirable)
- Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills (Word, Excel, systems)
- Ability to problem-solve and manage change
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Experience with large vehicles and driver compliance (preferred)
