Operations Shift Leader

We are looking for an Operations Shift Leader to join our Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operational teams in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment while championing our values of Drive, Dare and Develop. You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations, whilst supporting and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.,

• Lead manufacturing and packaging teams to deliver production, quality and compliance targets.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, resources and operational performance.
• Drive GMP compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to build capability and engagement.

  Experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Sound understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
• A proven ability to lead teams, drive performance and deliver results.
Desirable
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• IOSH qualification.
• Experience of manufacturing execution systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
