Operations Quality Lab Team Leader

as a representative at daily meetings, reporting on metrics, escalating issues effectively, and coordinating between teams. You will support the daily walk-around activities, interacting with quality, engineering, and other relevant support functions as required. Through visual inspection of sensors and undertaking a series of physical testing procedures, you will utilise laboratory equipment, machinery and instruments to perform sensor testing and batch record review and approval to support product release, on-market stability, complaints, and product development trials. In addition to this, you will support the control and scheduling of tests, and monitor and assist with daily laboratory activities, and maintain awareness of new/changed products and processes within the area.To be successful, you will bring experience of and be passionate about leading teams and delivering results. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can effectively multi-task whilst working within the scope of procedures and protocols, and offer good communication and time management skills. This is a night shift position, working a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern (7:00pm - 7:00am). We are looking for candidates who are available to start in July.You should have completed, as a minimum, secondary education in English and Mathematics.
