We're looking for an Operations Support Administrator who will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of site operations while supporting key business functions. Role Responsibilities
- Support stock control processes, including chemical ordering, stock takes, and inventory tracking
- Assist in maintaining ISO quality documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate raw materials, including booking in/out and managing third-party storage requests
- Provide administrative support across planning, customer services, and operational teams
- Maintain health & safety standards on-site, supporting the H&S business partner where required Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Experience working in an office administration or similar role
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of SAGE or similar systems would be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of business operations with good commercial awareness Additional Skills & Attributes (Person Specification)
- Strong team player with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
