Full Job Description

As we scale nationally, we're looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to build the systems, processes and supply chain that power our growth. This isn't a role maintaining an existing operation. It's an opportunity to help build one. The Opportunity You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO, alongside an experienced fractional COO, helping transform a fast-growing startup operation into a scalable, world-class supply chain. For the right person, this role offers a clear progression path: Operations Manager > Head of Operations > COO What You'll Own Supply Chain & Inventory Planning

  • Manage inventory visibility and stock reporting
  • Build rolling demand and inventory forecasts
  • Monitor stock levels across all sales channels
  • Create reorder plans and identify supply risks early
  • Coordinate production timelines and inbound stock
  • Supplier & Production Management
  • Manage relationships with manufacturing partners
  • Track production schedules and shipments
  • Coordinate import logistics and delivery timelines
  • Improve supplier communication and reporting
  • Warehouse & Fulfilment
  • Work closely with warehouse and 3PL partners
  • Monitor dispatch performance and service levels
  • Resolve fulfilment issues quickly and effectively
  • Improve operational processes and workflows
  • Retail Operations Support some of the UK's most exciting retail partners, ensuring operational excellence behind every account., Work closely with both the Founder & CEO and an experienced COO.

  • Experience Ideally you'll have:
  • 2+ years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods or supply chain operations
  • Experience working with warehouses or 3PL providers
  • Strong stock management and forecasting skills
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
  • Experience with inventory systems, ERPs, Xero, Asana, Trello or Monday.com is advantageous.
