Full Job Description
Covering a portfolio of retail and corporate clients throughout the Sussex region.
Job objectives and responsibilities
-Operational contract compliance in line with the KPI's, AI's and SOP
-Development and maintenance of customer / staff relationships
-Compliance to all business processes and improvement
-Ensuring best service for the customer
-HR accountability
-P&L control
-Duty Manager responsibilities on rotation
-Utilising company support functions where appropriate and required
Main duties
-Adherence to Agreed Procedures, BCP and ERP
-Act as the direct point of contact for the client in the absence of the Security Manager or Deputy Security Manager
-Control of site operational team including scheduling shfts and ensuring full coverage
-HR people management experience
-Ensuring all contractual and additional work are fully staffed with the correct trained personnel.
-Supporting the Regional Management Team.
-Ensuring compliance to Mitie health and safety policy
-Liaison with external authorities
Previous management experience in region of contract value of £3M minimum
-Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and electronically
-Ability to manage, develop, support and coach
-Excellent PC skills
-Highly motivated and determined
-Approachable and engaging at all levels
