• Leading warehouse operations through a significant customer implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from plan to execution.
• Driving operational performance across safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational lead throughout the project.
• Coaching and developing managers and supervisors, creating an engaged, high-performing team ready for future growth.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions that leave a lasting positive impact on the operation.
  
  Have experience leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
