Operations Manager

This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield. You'll be responsible for:

• ? Leadership & Service Delivery - Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.
• ? Client & Team Management - Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.
• ? Scheduling & Compliance - Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.
• ? Technology & Reporting - Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
Above all, you'll ensure the retention and development of your client base.


• ? Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
• ?️ Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
• ? Strong leadership and communication skills
• ? High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
• ? Full UK driving licence and own car
• ? Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
️ Applicants without an SIA licence and management experience will not be considered.
