Operational leadership of responsive maintenance contracts within social housing
Management of kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and heating workstreams
Ownership of KPIs, SLAs, quality and customer satisfaction
Leadership of Contract Managers, Supervisors, operatives and supply chain partners
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory regulations
Programme planning and resource optimisation
Commercial performance including cost, margin and variations
Client relationship management with Housing Associations and Local Authorities
Driving continuous improvement and operational best practice

Currently operating in an Operations Manager or similar role within responsive maintenance
Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor preferred
Proven delivery of high-volume reactive maintenance services
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially aware with strong operational judgement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Construction-related qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)
Strong Health & Safety awareness
Full UK Driving Licence
IT literate with operational reporting experience
