Full Job Description

This role involves ensuring the efficient and effective running of the departments that you will be responsible for in line with company policy and procedures.

This is a busy and varied role that will require you to prioritise your work load accordingly. We are looking for a strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

Supervising sales orders and fitting costs

Authorising payments to fitters

Minimising regional stock holding and maintain correct stock levels

Recruiting and managing fitters

Ensuring customer service issues are resolved quickly and to the highest standards expected by our customers

Deputising for the Senior Contracts Manager as required

Running management reports to ensure compliance

Managing, motivating, developing and communicating with the team

Meeting own and regional objectives and targets

Proven experience in effectively managing multiple teams?

Excellent communication and organisational skills?, Excellent people management skills

A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application

A full and current UK driving licence so that site visits can be carried out

Will be required to gain a current CSCS card

Previous experience in the flooring industry or new build sector is advantageous but not essential
