Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our busy plant at Barham, Ipswich. You'll oversee a complex operation where safety, people leadership and efficiency are key. What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a motivated operational team
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient running of plant and railhead operations
• Manage budgets, stock control and operational KPIs
• Oversee planned maintenance and statutory inspections
• Maintain SOPs, risk assessments and safety systems
• Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and support continuous improvement
  
  Experience managing Asphalt, Aggregates or Ready Mix operations
• Strong knowledge of H&S, environmental compliance and production processes
• Confident with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage change, multitask and lead from the front
• IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
