Operations Manager

Acquinex and Litica are two specialist businesses within PIB Group, operating in the niche areas of insurance and legal risk solutions. Both work in fast-paced, evolving markets and require strong operational support to ensure systems, processes, data, and reporting run effectively. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role across both businesses, helping to drive operational excellence, improve ways of working, and support key business change.
What you will be doing
Supporting the day-to-day operations of both Litica and Acquinex
Acting as a key contact for systems, data, and operational processes
Identifying and delivering improvements to workflows and ways of working
Producing reporting and management information to support decision-making
Leading and supporting operational and system change across both businesses

Proven experience in an operations or change role within insurance
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused approach
