Full Job Description
We've seeking an Operations Specialist who will be shaping the operational function of the team, ensuring collaboration will be smooth for partners and the squad. You will be the owner of the team's processes and tools to make these efficient and effective. You will collaborate across a range of teams within the company to ensure partner and squad needs are being met.
- Organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn how to support and improve our workflows
- Help keep partnership workflows running smoothly, from onboarding to performance tracking, using platforms like Salesforce
- Strong organisational skills for managing cross functional projects and meeting deadlines across multiple teams.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and reporting tools. You'll be responsible for pulling data from existing dashboards and preparing slides
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills for working with teams like brand partnerships, legal, and finance. Experience Desired:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn Salesforce administration is just as valuable.
- Experience managing platforms such as monday.com and documenting systems, ensuring data accuracy across CRM and team compliance.
- Target driven individual as you will be contributing to commercial and project-specific goals, in line with the team strategy

- Have a willingness to learn new systems and technologies as required
