Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
• Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
• Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
• Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
• Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis
• Standard operational administration activities, including:
+ Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager + Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts + Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system + System administration such as paperwork checks


• Basic IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• A good "can do" attitude, and you are prepared to go that "extra mile"
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
