Full Job Description
- Senior leadership role within a leading offshore renewable energy organisation
- Responsible for operations, asset strategy, and capital projects
- Based in Blyth, with regional leadership responsibilities across the North East
- Reports directly to the CEO Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations and performance of testing and innovation facilities
- Oversee CAPEX investment projects and infrastructure delivery
- Develop and implement asset strategy and long-term growth plans
- Drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
- Manage risk, governance, and operational performance
- Act as Head of Place, leading regional engagement and partnerships
Senior leadership experience in energy, engineering, or innovation sectors - Experience managing large teams and high-value operational assets
- Proven track record delivering complex capital programmes
- Strong knowledge of industry partnerships and funding environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence at executive and board level
- Strategic thinker with strong operational delivery capability
