Full Job Description
Watling Academy is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator who work closely with the Head of Operations, forming a strong partnership to deliver a safe, efficient and well-organised school environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day life of the school, from supporting the smooth running of the site and overseeing contractors, to helping ensure health and safety processes are not only compliant but embedded in everyday practice. You will also contribute to the bigger picture, supporting projects, improvements and longer-term planning as the school continues to expand.
No two days will feel the same. One day you might be coordinating works on site, the next supporting a major school event, and another reviewing systems or helping implement new processes. Through it all, you'll be a key presence behind the scenes, making sure everything works as it should so that staff can teach and students can learn without interruption.
You'll work as part of the Operations team, contributing your ideas, building your experience and developing your skills. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys responsibility but also values collaboration and wants to grow within a strong and ambitious organisation.
Do you have the skills and drive to support operational excellence in a fast-paced school environment? Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, efficient and high-quality learning environment for our school community?
