Full Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Contract Support Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, based at our Redditch site. The role is responsible for processing orders and ensuring the correct items are delivered within agreed timescales to meet both business and customer requirements, supporting the Account Management Team and Supply Chain Category Manager in managing subcontractor and supplier performance, and creating and processing quotations and estimates in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for parts and services, ensuring best value and delivery within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate system records covering ordering, delivery, subcontractor engagement, and cost allocation.
- Prepare and submit quotations and estimates for client approval in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, resolving order, delivery, and invoice queries efficiently.
- Prioritise workload to support the successful completion of reactive and planned (PPM) works.
- Work proactively with the Supply Chain and Account Management teams to prevent and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and best practice at all times.
- Support the achievement of departmental KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce operational and performance reports as required.
Proven administrative background with strong attention to detail. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C, including English and Maths.
- Ability to learn and operate specialist software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- High level of accuracy in delivering tasks and managing data.
- A collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Salary: up £27,535
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
