Operations Consultat Pret

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Consultant to support Pret Units across our Motorway Service network. Working within the Operations Team you will be responsible for ensuring our Pret units are operated by the site teams, to a level that protects the reputation of Roadchef, both with our customers and with our external brand partners, whilst at the same time maximising profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: This is a field-based position, offering a dynamic and varied working environment that is central to the success of our operations.

• Driving operational standards to improve business performance
• Deliver operational excellence while adhering to all brand standards and legislation.
• Support the Site teams to ensure delivery of all KPI's
• Deliver 1st class training and development for Site teams
• Develop suitable detailed action plans to ensure follow up on any opportunities identified via audits or site visits
• Foster and maintain constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Support with new store openings across the estate
Collaboration is fundamental to this role, as alignment with the wider team and business is essential. Additionally, you will support the Operations Brand Manager team with ad-hoc tasks and projects for specific initiatives as required.


• Must have experience in working within and understanding the Pret environment
• Experience in managing internal relationships to ensure focus is on company objectives.
• Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative, setting standards for others and monitoring performance.
• Proven experience and delivery of operational excellence and achievement of operational standards within a customer facing business.
• Have good planning and organising skills, able to coordinate activities effectively and a focus for attention to detail.
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about improving the operational standards within the business.
