Operations / Claims Team Manager
£42,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits 
Bristol - Hybrid

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager to lead a customer-focused operational team within a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead, coach and develop team members.
•    Monitor service levels, quality and performance.
•    Support complex customer enquiries and escalations.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

About You

•    Previous team leadership experience.
•    Background in customer operations, financial services, insurance or claims.
•    Strong coaching and communication skills.
•    Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics.
•    Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
