Operations & Bookings AssistantFinsbury Park Sports PartnershipFinsbury Park, North LondonApproximately 2 days per week£18.50-£22.00 per hourSelf-employed / contractor positionApplications close: 4 October 2026Interviews from: 12 October 2026 Finsbury Park Sports Partnership is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Operations & Bookings Assistant to join our small team at Finsbury Park Athletics Track & Sports Field.FPSP is a community sports charity responsible for managing and developing the facility, which is used throughout the week by sports clubs, community organisations, schools, coaches, individuals and events.This is a varied role combining administration and bookings with practical, on-site facility support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating with a wide range of people and helping ensure the facility runs smoothly from day to day. including:Managing and responding to booking enquiriesSupporting existing customers, clubs and facility usersMaintaining booking records, calendars and administrative systemsHelping coordinate evening and weekend bookings where requiredSupporting events and larger facility hiresPreparing the facility for bookings and activitiesCarrying out basic facility checks and reporting maintenance issuesSupporting cleaning, presentation and general site readinessAssisting with grounds and facility preparation where requiredHelping maintain operational, health & safety and compliance recordsLiaising with contractors, suppliers and partner organisationsSupporting the continued development of FPSP's systems and day-to-day operationsNo two days at the facility are exactly the same, so the r
