individual. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of reconciliations in compliance with CASS regulation. Collaborate with other departments to drive the prompt resolution of any discrepancies found. Compile and submit regular attestations to internal stakeholders as well as the FCA. Contribute to ensuring all relevant controls are robust, operated effectively and fully documented. PERSON SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS A levels (or equivalent) KNOWLEDGE Computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel In-depth knowledge of HL products and services EXPERIENCE Previous reconciliations experience SKILLS Excellent communication skills Good written and numeracy skills Ability to prioritise own workload Excellent attention to detail Ability to remain professional under pressure ATTRIBUTES Client satisfaction orientated Hardworking and dependable Ability to work individually and within a team Proactive and positive DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, Educated
to degree level 2.1 or above KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of financial services, Experience with Microsoft Office and using in-house systems Understanding of FCA and CASS regulations EXPERIENCE Experience of dealing with clients, responding to queries and providing exceptional client service.
