Operations Assistant- 8 hours

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the look out for a passionate Operations Assistant to join our team! As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.

As an Operations Assistant, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an over all passion for customer service
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
