As an Operations Assistant at our EKC Training Swale Centre you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive service. It is important to provide great service to all visitors to the centre, including welcoming students, visitors and providing relevant signposting opportunities across the Group. In addition, you will also support with:
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- Assist with queries from learners, employers and College staff.
- Maintain accurate records using relevant software. Key Information

- Has experience working in an administrative related role. You will deliver accurate and efficient operational support across Apprenticeships & Workplace Learning, Professional Learning, Distance Learning, Subcontracting, Supported Internships, Higher Education, and exciting projects!

We are looking for someone who:

Holiday payment: £1,055 which will be paid equally in your 12 monthly salary payments.
