Operations Agent

Role Overview:
As the face of our Service Centre, you'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers. You'll manage queries, support operational tasks, and help maintain our high standards of service and professionalism., · Provide top-tier customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
· Manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
· Use multiple IT systems to support daily operations.
· Act as Service Centre receptionist when needed.
· Ensure compliance with safety, security, and customs procedures.
· Support problem resolution and redistribution of shipments., DHL International (UK) Ltd, act as a "Data Controller" and as per our responsibilities in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we take data protection very seriously and understand the importance of protecting your privacy and Personal Information. · Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
· Strong IT and operational process knowledge
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems.
· A collaborative mindset and a "can-do" attitude
· Previous experience in Logistics or admin is a plus!
