Operations Administrator

This role consists of two key strands, with the primary focus being operational administration and supporting the smooth running of school systems and processes. The second strand is supporting staffing, cover and operational compliance processes. Key school support services in the areas of administration, including covering staff absences, line managing the office team, managing any changes (both planned and unplanned) to the day to day running of the school, and working with the senior leadership team to remove any unforeseen barriers linked to the day to day running of the school.
