Operational Support Specialist

We're looking for an experienced operational professional to support our Branch Network by delivering frontline process training, improving compliance, reducing shrinkage and solving day-to-day operational challenges. You'll work hands-on with branches to drive audit performance, stock accuracy and smooth month-end processes, stepping in where support is needed most. You will be delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in hitting PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage while resolving key Operational issues. Main Duties

• Deliver operational training to new starters and existing branch teams
• Maintain regional operational training plans
• Complete Operational Health Checks and support audit outcomes
• Support stocktakes, variance investigations and stock integrity
• Coach teams on RTS, warranty and inventory processes
• Support branches in difficulty and drive consistent process execution
• Act as a subject expert and deliver structured training (in-branch or via Teams)
• Support branch projects including new openings, moves and layout changes
This role will be filed based covering the Dorset/ East Sussex/ West Sussex/ Surrey/ Hants area


• Operational experience in a multi-site environment
• Strong knowledge of branch and warehouse processes
• Good understanding of cash and banking controls
• Confident communicator, organised and self-motivated
• IT-literate, including Excel
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
Desirable
• Knowledge of AlliCat, Autopart and sales processes
