Full Job Description
The Administrator ensures that all administrative tasks associated with scheduling are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes, utilising the appropriate systems and tools. They serve as a central coordination point, maintaining effective communication with internal teams, management, relevant stakeholders, and Postmasters.
- Proficient in the use of relevant Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and standard internet browsers.
- Good experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding and awareness of UK geography.
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured and methodical approach to work.
- Capability to provide clear guidance to Operational Support Specialists regarding the standards required to resolve issues.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- A good problem solver, able solve common problems whilst knowing when to escalate complex issues that may impact delivery.
