Operational Service Manager - Radiology

These are key roles, working closely with clinical leads, Nursing Teams, Allied Health Professionals and wider multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care for our patients.,

• Delivering high standards of operational performance across elective and emergency pathways.
• Supporting service transformation and innovation to meet national standards and local priorities.
• Managing resources effectively, ensuring services are delivered within budget and workforce plans.
• Driving continuous improvement, patient experience, and staff engagement.
• Day-to-day line management of administration and clerical functions within the Directorate.
