Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for key areas including HR, administration and Nursery admissions, as well as collaborating with colleagues on finance and health and safety. They will have a key role in the management of the school budget and supporting the Headteacher with confidential administration. As an integral member of the school office, you will ensure the systems and processes are maintained and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who is well-organised, has good attention to detail and has high expectations of themselves and others. To be successful in leading our office into its next phase, we are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multi-task, often working to strict timelines
- Experience of budget management
- The ability to work with complex administration systems where accuracy is required

Permanent, full time role - 37 hours per week working term time only for 39.2 weeks plus 10 additional days to be agreed and worked across the academic year Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4pm and Friday: 8am to 3.30pm Salary: Grade 7 (SCP15-22) £30,024 - £33,699 per annum pro rata Actual salary: £ 27,402.38 - £30,756.49 per annum John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world.
