We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and support the safe, respectful and effective delivery of services at this unique facility. You will drive operational performance, promote a positive and inclusive staff culture, and ensure residents are treated with dignity, compassion and fairness. Role Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support teams to deliver high standards of performance, professionalism and resident-centred care.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence and participate in the Duty Director and Duty Manager rota.
  • Ensure staffing, operational delivery and compliance meet contractual, financial and Home Office standards.
  • Build a culture focused on dignity, inclusion, wellbeing, safeguarding and professional conduct.
  • Work with internal teams, external agencies and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement., A senior and influential role within a unique and complex operational environment.

    Significant management experience within a custodial, detention, justice or similarly complex operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management and contractual performance.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, manage competing priorities and deliver service improvements.
  • Confident leadership, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A clear commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and social value.
